To compile the Harvest cache, you need the Tcl libraries.  
This distribution includes the Tcl 7.3 libraries compiled for 
OSF/1, SunOS 4.x or 5.x in tcllib.tar.gz.

Or, you can retrieve the latest Tcl source and documentation 
via anonymous FTP from:

	ftp://ftp.cs.berkeley.edu/ucb/tcl/
