                              Command : SKYWATCH

 SYNTAX:
   [##:##] Command: skywatch [<SECTS>]

The `skywatch' command allows radar installations to report sightings of
satellites and other spacecraft. Sighting range is the same as for normal
radar; in other words, if you can see it on a radar map, you can probably use
`skywatch' to learn more about it.

The amount of information you can learn with skywatch depends on your tech
level:

at tech you gain the ability to:
     ------- ---------------------------------------------
100 learn orbit altitude, speed, and direction
       200 discriminate spacecraft from satellites
450 precisely identify spacecraft from satellites
