SCHKEQ

Purpose:

 SCHKEQ tests SGEEQU, SGBEQU, SPOEQU, SPPEQU and SPBEQU

Parameters

[in]	THRESH	THRESH is REAL Threshold for testing routines. Should be between 2 and 10.
[in]	NOUT	NOUT is INTEGER The unit number for output.
