
                            REDUCE 3.4 TIMINGS

The following table gives the times for running the standard test file
included on the REDUCE 3.4 distribution tape.  This file normally has a
name like "reduce.tst."  The times listed are those reported by the final
"showtime" in that test file.  This table is an update of the REDUCE 3.2
statistics reported in Jed B. Marti and Anthony C. Hearn, "REDUCE as a
Lisp Benchmark", SIGSAM Bull. 19 (1985) 8-16.  That paper also gives
information on the the parts of the system exercised by the test file.

Additions or corrections to this table are encouraged.  Please send them
