Now you're talking about something I've been really interested in: Has 
anyone done a detailed analysis of the electric and magnetic fields around 
a tesla coil secondary? The closest I've seen is some work done on Helical 
antennas and travelling wave tubes. But, of course there is no correction 
for dischage terminal or the discharge itself. I haven't really given it a 
good shot, but it looks rather daunting from the start....
