The problem is that a square yard of sail cloth in U.S. is only
28 1/2 inches wide. Don't bother yourself with 1oz vs. 0.5oz
mess, you understand 32 g/m2 well enough:-) And that's very close
to 31 g/m2, which Icarex manufacturer specifies...

Please don't tell my local, US kite shop that 'a square yard
in the US is only 28 1/2 inches wide.  They have been cutting
my fabric in 36 inch yards.  As to does the fabric store where
my wife buys gingham.
