Scott Skinner lives in Monument Colorado. He is a tall, thin, 
balding guy. Great kitemaker.

Scott Spencer lives in Collingswood, New Jersey. He is a tall, thin, 
balding guy. Great kitemaker.

The woven ripstop work is being done by the guy from New Jersey. Can't
imagine why you may have been confused... ;)

BTW - Spencer is also the innovator of the transition tail featured 
in Drachen this month in an article by Carl Crowell, I believe Scott 
also came up with the "bead adjustment" method of tuning roks.
