Subject: New Years Day Kite Fly Specifics?

Can someone please tell me the specifics (location, time, etc.) of this
years Jan. 1st Kite Fly.  Specifically, I had heard there was something
going on in San Diego, by Mission Bay.  

Anything else further North closer to Orange County?

The fly is at Mariners Point, starting at 10am.  It is a potluck,
so bring something if you can.  Email if you need to know 
where this is.
