Hello fellow RGIFers-

The new FAQ edition has been posted. New items not seen in the last
posting (I think):

. new part 3 attempting to answer some questions about other IF companies
than Infocom and a few limp paragraphs about ongoing development in IF

. added a few comments with respect to "bug reports": if you know it's
a bug, e-mail the author about it.

. filled out the latter portions of section 2 with some new information.
I hope it's up to date.

I would appreciate any feedback that I can get about this. As our
collective memory, it's important to have it accurate. I especially
appreciate new material (or ideas for such). Section 3 in particular
could use more stuff. I also seem to recall that many of some defunct
game company's products have been moved onto ftp.gmd.de. Can someone
elaborate on them? Where can they be played? What are the prospects for
playing cross-platform?

/Steve
I just noticed the unofficial question 1.8 on the origins of Xyzzy is
missing from the table of contents. Sigh. Oh well, it's already posted.
