I've been reading this group for a few weeks now, and have many questions:

Is there a FAQ? I've watched for one & haven't seen it, but I could have
missed it, since my system admin. kills anything over a day old in this group.

Is there any archive which has hints or walkthroughs of games (specifically
Zork and Adventure)?

What other fun & free or shareware games are out there for the Mac, and where?

I have 48 points to go in Zork (it says it's the original muddle
version and has most of Zork I, II, & III), but I am stuck, Stuck, STUCK!
How do I get past the spirits at the gate? I've tried everything I could
think of with the pile of corpses, the spirits, and the skeleton in the maze,
but not, apparently, the right things...

How do I safely get down from the volcano without permanently giving away
treasure?

Are any of the following items useful for anything--the pile of timbers, the
hunk of bat guano, the flask of poison, the two knives, or the burned-out
lamp?

Is there anything special about the cave with the damp earth which narrows to
a crack in the west? The description makes it seem to me like there is, but
I haven't been able to find anything.

Please respond by posting (I know that's not cool, but that mail address is a
FAKE.)

Thanks in advance!
