I've been happily using the infotaskforce program on my unix
workstation at WORK, but I just inherited an old IBM PC
which I'm using at home and I'd like to use ITF on
it. However, I downloaded the executable from
ftp.cse.unsw.edu.au [149.171.16.16] and it just seems to spaz
out when I try to run it. My PC at home locks up and the 386's
here at work flash blue and then go back to the DOS prompt. So
can anyone point me to a working MSDOS executable. Or is there
something I should know about installing the official source
other than just copying it, do I need a specific graphics card
or something (I'm using a CGA card with a monochrome monitor on
the PC and the 386 has VGA or SVGA, I'm not sure which since
it's not my computer). I'm really trying to avoid having to
install a C compiler on the PC just to get this thing to build
but I guess I will if I have to.
