This is the Word for Windows 6.0 conversion of Graham Nelson's Inform
Designer's Manual, Second Edition.

There are a number of minor problems with the conversion, and no doubt I have
introduced some errors during the conversion process. If you find any errors,
or know solutions for the problems listed, please email me so that I can
improve future releases.

The known problems are as follows:

* The index is not sensibly sorted. Entries beginning with a single or double
quote are listed together rather than with unquoted items, (so for instance)
"Advent" is listed separately from 'Advent' and Advent.

* Keywords with underlines such as read_char have been inserted into the index
with spaces instead. This is due to the macro I used to build the index; I
*will* correct this, but did not have time to do so and get it out by
  Christmas!

* The "Odd Page Section Break" didn't seem to work, so I've inserted a couple
of blank pages to make sure chapters start on odd pages. This will, however,
  only work for A4 paper.

That's it! I hope this is of use to someone other than myself.
