Hi Laurent,

Thanks for your offer,

I've found a program which does as you suggest, it's called ChunkJoiner.
And so i've completed the joining process.

I'd be interested if you could show me the program you mentioned. As
chunking a file through Windows would be much easier than copy-pasting :)

But now I've got another problem. After self-extracting the file and
double-clicking MacBoot I get to the login prompt. No problems there.
Only after logging in I can't seem to list a directory before the system
gives me a Bus Error ??? Don't know what to do. I can change directories
but not list them. Here is the exact error message:

Bus Error
process number 0, pc = 0x43A24E

Kernel panic: exception in kernel, mm or fs
Type any key to exit

I've read part of the docs and it doesn't necessarily specify mounting /
or /usr so I'm at a loss (it does say /dev/hd1 mounted however). The docs
suggest it should be really simple so I don't know if I'm missing anything?

Thanks for any help,
Dennis.
