Hi there,

my minix-2.0.2 is up and running over my old 8086/640k/20MB, but...
running two different consoles (sh and man config on one, sh and "vi
config.h" on the other) is not possible. I think I need a little more
free memory.

How can I know about my memory usage?

What does F1 dump mean (I understand pc an sp, but can't undertand the
information about memory usage)?

How can I free a little more memory? I've been reading xt/README, but
does not provide a lot of information. I changed ash to sh, a recompiled
the kernel to fit exactly my system, but...

Has someone tried to add more memory to an old 8086? It's address space
is 1MB, isn't it? So it would be possible (but not easy) to add up to
1MB to it, wouldn't it?
