gcc 1.37.1 was ported for MINIX 1.5.10 386 -- see:

       http://metronomicon.com/~awb/minix/

It will probably take considerable work to get it or a modern version
to compile for Minix 2.0.*. I took a half-hearted stab at building a
cross compiler for Linux->Minix from up to date source code a year or
so ago, and found out that it was more work than I was willing to put
into it. (But I am a lazy bum, so others may find it rather easy :-)

Hope this helps.
