Agreed, but I was referring to my days in university. I remember the
days whan to much of us were doing our assignments in Modula-2 on a pdp.
That was not so much fun. Ok, I was not a terribly talented student and
I'm always late with assignments, but it cannot be denied that compiles
took a long, long time.

Of course, meddling with your own PDP is much more fun :-)
