You can easily set this up if you have the Minix boot program installed in
the MBR. (See the installboot man page.) Change the definition of the
monitor's main macro to main(){boot}. Also make sure the image variable
points to the kernel you want to boot. For details, consult the monitor
man page. 

Make sure you have a trusty boot floppy available in case things go wrong.
(You can always run the BIOS setup to set the default boot drive to A: if
necessary.)
