I'm having some problems installing the i386 version of Minix. When it
comes time to install the USR.0? disks I keep getting cannot execute errors.
I have the USR files 2 to a disk (use wrtdsk util to put them on disk).

   cd /usr; vol 1440 /dev/fd0 | uncompress | tar xvfp-
   uncompress: cannot execute
   Tar: read error.

well I tried the vol command manually, found out I had to do a 'vol -r'
but i can;t get the uncompress command to work properly, or the zcat command
(that was the other comand in the usage.8 docs). Any suggestions? Oh yes
another problem I'm having is with 'RAM DISK too large' when I re-enable
RAM shadowing. When I disable it, Minix boots up fine. I want to be able
to have RAM shadowing enabled and not get that 'RAM DISK too large error'.

PS: Sorry about the bad grammar and all but I just had the BEST curry of
my life which literally made me cry and sweat..oh no..."I can see through
time now....*eyes glaze over* " -lisa simpson
