(This is a copy of the angpcsrc.exe.readme file, made so that PCs could
  handle the filename without difficulty.)

  This file is a self-extracting .zip archive of the sources for the PC
version of Angband.  The archive contains 2 subdirectories, and should
be unarchived with the -d flag.  This source contains a makefile for
Turbo C++, and should compile under TC++ ver. 1.00 or above. (And BC++).
Anyone wishing to compile it under MSC, or TC, may have to do a lot of
work to get it to work.  But there is a compiled executable, in the file
angpcexe.exe, for those unable to compile it for themselves.
