       SippSurfaceCreate shaderhandle
              Create  a  surface from the polygons on the polygon
              stack. A handle to  the  newly-created  surface  is
              returned.  The  polygon  stack is empty afterwards.
              shaderhandle is a handle to the shader, which spec-
              ifies  a shading algorithm and surface description.
              SippObjectSurfaceCreate can also be used to  create
              surfaces  and  added them to an object without set-
              ting up a surface handle.  See the  section  SHADER
              COMMANDS.
