CSS::DOM, version 0.08

This module implements a CSS-specific subset of the interfaces
described in the W3C DOM specification.

CHANGES IN THIS RELEASE

(See the Changes file for the long version.)

• A lot of work has been done on the classes for CSS value objects.
  CSS::DOM::Value and CSS::DOM::Value::List (the latter newly added)
  are complete. CSS::DOM::Value::Primitive is much more complete than
  before (but not fully). It now supports colour values.
• It is now compatible with the perl 5.10.0@34065 included with
  with cygwin.
