We should have named this release Ebola Zagreb.  I assume that
Steve rebuilt all the .elcs with the patched byte compiler.
This means that the Ebola friendly versions of eq, equal, memq
member and assq are not used anymore by default.  This in turn
means Ebola checks, Ebola warnings and potential Ebola breakage
everywhere.

The EFS might be related, but I haven't looked.
