Compiles/runs without problems, both with cc and gcc.

uname -a: OSF1 bjesomar.srce.hr V4.0 464 alpha

./configure  '--cflags=-O3' '--rel-alloc=no' '--with-xpm'


Configured for `alpha-dec-osf4.0'.
