Subject: Lazy lock broken in b34
Mime-Version: 1.0

Lazy lock doesn't work at all in b34. emacs seems to hang until you
interrupt it with ^G. Font-lock works by itself, tho.

I'll take a look at this if I get a chance.

PS. make install, after everything was built, took ~ 30 mins on our
SparcServer what with copying the lisp files and gzipping the binaries.
Although I agree run-in-place was something of a kludge, why is it no
longer supported? It was faster and took less disk space.
