Same as usual.

I tried building Emacs 19.34b, btw, and it had the same dumping
problem (ie. if told to link dynamically) as XEmacs if I used gcc
(we've got 2.7.2.2 here).  If I use cc it worked just fine, although
trying to use cc to build XEmacs causes weird internal compiler errors
on most files in src/ - I'll try recompiling gcc and see what happens.
