 I blurted a week or so ago that I was going to try and port
t-mouse.el to XEmacs...  It's the program that integrates the Linux
GPM (general purpose mouse) and `mev` programs with FSF GNU Emacs,
making the mouse work in emacs on the Linux console.

 I'm totally lost; and cannot do the port, so I am going to punt.  I
would be interested, someday, in seeing how it got done by someone who
understands it better than I do right now.
