That what you'd like to see as the basic XEmacs should be better
shipped as an additional seperate tar file called
xemacs-20.xx-small.tar.gz. It should contain all packages, which are
usefull for most of the users. Opposed to that a tar file called
xemacs-20.xx-core.tar.gz should only contain packages, which are
needed to start up the XEmacs in the fundamental mode and may be to
get and install other packages. Let's give the user the chance to
decide which package he needs and which not!
