There are two values for Mail-Copies-To:. The special string "never"
is used to suppress sending mail to the From: address on a `reply
all'. Otherwise, it is an email address (anything other than "never")
and prefer its value when generating the To: and Cc: in a `reply all'.

Mail-Copies-To: never

A reply-all should generate:

To: xemacs-beta@xemacs.org

From: steve@miranova.com
To: xemacs-beta@xemacs.org
Mail-Copies-To: steve@altair.xemacs.org

A reply-all should generate:

To: xemacs-beta@xemacs.org
Cc: steve@altair.xemacs.org

(Or whatever permutation of To: and Cc: you use).
