It just didn't happen.

Too many last-last-minute showstopping bugs were found.  I ran out of
20.1 version numbers and hoped a less confusing thing to do would be
to advance the version rather than put out identically identified
final3 and final4's.  At least the XEmacs CVS'ed source isn't a
disaster.

XEmacs 20.2 will be 20.1 with the showstoppers fixed, little else.
Apply everything you previously heard about 20.2 to the upcoming
20.3.
