Per Abrahamsen is noted as the author of easymenu.el, but I don't know
whether he maintains the XEmacs version.

I have noticed that easymenu adds only one menu on button3, the last
one.  I don't really like that behaviour -- the FSF version seems
better, as pressing C-mouse-3 gives all the additional menus, in a
tree of submenus.

We need to have it on button3.  If you want to see what I mean, try
pressing button3 in Outline mode.  That's what the menus created by
easymenu *should* look like, according to the FSF version.
