Patches are ready at the time of writing, the full kit is still
building and will be ready shortly.

A couple of known things didn't survive the patch kit. As expected,
patches were not generated to fix the RCS keyword munging in beta 32
(it doesn't see those changes). Yow.lines did not get patched, so get
a copy of it separately. I tried to remove some cruft that had gotten
in to the distribution, but I failed to get it all. Next beta it
should be gone for good.

When dumping, expect to see some strange messages when the doc file is
generated. It's tm related, appears to be harmless and I'm not sure
how to fix it. The good news is, XEmacs doesn't bomb out loading
loaddefs.elc any more (thank you Martin).

Detailed changes information is in the ChangeLog files.
