ahhh, right your are.  I forgot to do this.  The results are much better
now. :-)

It's been my experience that the last thing engineers do (at least the
ones in my ofice) is read the documentation! ;-)  

And really, we've given them more incentive not too.  Folks see the
menubars & custom entries and say "alright! I just gotta click  on
something."

I don't know if it's possible or not, but a "completing-read" type of
entry would be nice.  I rely on completion a lot now.
