In trying to reproduce this I use my own binaries complied on
SunOS-4.1.3_U1 (staticly linked with everything). I can may be send
you my kit...

I could not reproduce the behaviour....

Are you sure you use the gnuclient program that came
19.15. The two versions are unfortunately incompatible.
