Right, I'm just pointing out that the "losing" function here was
facemenu, which was on M-g before goto-line.  I don't personally don't
notice this problem at all, since I've had goto-line on M-: since well
back in the 18 days. :)

M-g used to be a free binding, someone used it, and that's not
surprising.  But yes, facemenu should have been "fixed" when M-g was
changed to goto-line; I'm just not surprised it was missed.
