It's huge, it's unknown, and it's been downplayed.  I'm reluctant to
force an upgrade to 20.x (no matter how better it is I feel
personally) until we get a handle on size and all the new code.

The size is going to be addressed in 20.2.  The success of that release
among the 19.1[3-5] crowd is going to be based on how much testing it
gets in a non-mule environment.  I've reexperienced 19.13 with
Infodock recently and I am repelled, but that's me (I hope).

Exactly.  The maintenance schedule of 19.15 must take this into account.
