I think many people will be reluctant to go to XEmacs 20, but will
want to stick to the 19 series for fear of major breakage in the new
series.

So if there's a vote, here's mine for doing a 19.16 in a month's time
(or so).  It would be very nice to have a version of XEmacs that one
can point people to and say (within reason) "this is totally, utterly
stable, and works right out of the box".
