Do not try to apply the 20.1-b9-20.1-b10 patch with a non-modified
version of patch!

The patch file this time contains a line that is over 1024 chars in
length. This will cause patch to crap out, guaranteed. If you have the 
patch source, changing MAXLINELEN and BUFFERSIZE in common.h to
something larger than 1700 will fix the problem.

Of course, this is an incredibly lame limitation...
