tm-vm is generating the *Preview-INBOX* buffer differently than the
INBOX buffer that it sometimes replaces. The following differences
are obvious, and both pertain to a message which contains a URL. If
the message contains MIME headers, then TM displays the message in the
*Preview-INBOX* buffer; otherwise the message is displayed in the
INBOX buffer. The user never knows which buffer a message will be
displayed in.

1. The URL pull-down menu using button-3 to dispatch the URL to one of
the available web browsers, available in the INBOX buffer generated
by VM, disappears when the message is displayed in the
   *Preview-INBOX* buffer.

2. The face used to display the URL is different in the INBOX and
*Preview-INBOX* buffers, meaning that two faces must be set
identically to have messages appear the same whether they contain
   MIME headers or not.
