Cool. :-)

The final distribution is building the lisp now, and should be ready
in a couple of hours.  I'm still waiting for doc updates from Pete and 
Andreas.  Pete is changing the NEWS file around to include a tour
through the lisp directories and this looks like A Good Thing.  The
lisp/README in 19.14 was unchanged since 19.12 so we haven't had
something like this in quite awhile.

This is an excellent idea.

Just as soon as I get the distribution uploaded to xemacs.org I'll
post the list of volunteer kit builders.  Thanks to everyone who has
volunteered.  I think the time the binary kits get put out for ftp is
less important then making sure there aren't any glaring problems, so
the only person under the time gun right now is me.
