Thanks William, from the deafening silence in response to the call for 
kit builders, I'll probably need you to build many of those.  Perhaps
binary kits are something we should not do in the future.

I've gotten volunteers for Solaris 2.5, Intel Linux, all DEC (next
month), BSDI 2.0, 2.1 and AIX 3.2.5.  Everything else is uncovered.
