When a mail message comes in, via VM, which contains a URL, VM
highlights the URL specially, and allows a right-click to bring up a
"send URL to..." menu.

When the message is redisplayed by TM, in the *Preview-INBOX* buffer,
the URL is also highlighed specially (although for some reason, a
different face is used than that used by INBOX), but the option to
right-click and bring up the "send URL to..." menu is lost. Moving
the mouse over the URL indicates that it's "special" but
right-clicking brings up a mail menu which begins with "Dispose".

Please don't tell me that it's re-bound to button 2. I've never even
SEEN a mouse that has three buttons, let alone own one. (Which brings
up yet another issue: why are so many important xemacs functions bound
to a button that doesn't exist on most normal PeeCee-based mice?)
