(You mean -no-site-file, I trust?  -q and -no-init-file are equivalent)

I thought Martin had checked this out and verified that that was the
case.  I just checked it and -batch implies -q but not apparently
-no-site-file.

Michael S.  We need to change efs/Makefile to add -q -no-site-file to
the batch XEmacs command line.

Unless someone argues convincingly against it, I'm going to fix 20.1
so that -batch  does imply `-q -no-site-file'.
