Files are available at:
	ftp.xemacs.org: /pub/beta/xemacs-19.15
		xemacs-19.15-b5.tar.gz
		xemacs-19.15-b4-19.15-b5.patch.gz

The patch is large due the insertion of the tm manual.

To patch cd to the top level of the XEmacs source tree and
	gunzip -c xemacs-19.15-b4-19.15-b5.patch.gz | patch -p0

	make beta

The one sort-of compatibility note is the Keysym change. Internally,
XEmacs now converts all keysyms of the form kp_enter to kp-enter. The
form with the minus sign is the preferred notation.

At the time of this writing, the patch is available for ftp, and the
full release is being uploaded. I'll be posting a release schedule
through 19.15-final shortly.
