Patches are available in two files:
	ftp.xemacs.org: /pub/beta/xemacs-20.0/
		new-files-b32.tar.gz
		xemacs-20.0-b31-20.0-b32.patch.gz

I have experienced some difficulties rebuilding loaddefs.el &
loaddefs.elc in this release. If you bomb out on this step, it works
to bytecompile loaddefs.el with 19.15 (the loaddefs.elc in the full
distribution was bytecompiled with XEmacs 19.15). If you don't bomb
out, please report it, and the configuration you have.

To apply the patches cd to the top level of your xemacs-20 source, and
execute:

zcat xemacs-20.0-b31-20.0-b32.patch.gz | patch -p0
tar zxvf new-files-b32.tar.gz

make beta

The full release is at
	ftp.xemacs.org: /pub/beta/xemacs-20.0/
		xemacs-20.0-b32.tar.gz

There's also a tar of just the .elcs:
		xemacs-20.0-b32.elc.tar.gz

The latter two files are in the process of being uploaded at this
writing, and will be moved into the ftp area once they've made it
across.

Further notes:
Although building is as treacherous as ever, this has been the
stablest of the 20.0s I've worked with once built. All of the
mule-related guaranteed crashes I know about have been fixed. Many
thanks go to Martin for his diligence in this area.

Traditional Emacs ChangeLogs have been fully supported since I took
over from Chuck. In order to cut down on some of the redundancy they
are only included in 20.0.

The sources have just been moved into CVS source control, please bear
with me. Suggestions and advice wrt CVS are gratefully accepted.

I have tried to apply all the patches posted to the list. If I have
missed any, I apologize. All patches having to do with frobbing the
``Options'' menu have been queued.
