That would be fine except bbdb doesn't appear to be maintained any
more[1] and the information is available in the `In-Reply-To:' header,
and people do move ...

This information can be quite relevant in a reply, it's only valid
with respect to the email address you're replying to, and any decent
mailer will present the correct timezone in the Date: header.

I'm cc'ing Jamie in a vain attempt to at least get a `hell no, go away'.
Would it help if I threatened to put bbdb-1.51 in XEmacs 20.1 if I
don't hear a response? :-)
