We always knew XEmacs had bugs in it. I don't know about releases
earlier than 19.14, but I'd estimate participation to be more than
double now than what it was prior to 19.14 release.

Remember this message? I wasn't saving build reports then, but I
would estimate roughly that I have as many build reports in the last
week (47 :-) :-) not counting any from the 50 or so new messages I have
yet to get to) as 19.14 had in the whole month of June.

19.14 beta26 will come out tonight, Tuesday June 18. 20.0 beta26 will
not be released until Saturday to 1) conserve the dwindling CPU cycles
xemacs.cs.uiuc.edu has available and 2) encourage everyone to build
19.14 and find any remaining severe bugs.

*rant on*

I'm not terribly happy with the beta list participation the last week
or so. I don't expect everyone to build every release. You're all
volunteers after all. But release time is when everyone should try
extra, extra hard to get a build in. Stand up and be counted. At
least send in your configuration with an 'built ok' message.

So no, I don't think we suck, I think we're just getting more
efficient at isolating and knocking out bugs we knew were there all
along.
