Per, is it possible for customize buffer to be read-only?

The way it is now, I press mouse-2 by mistake (e.g. I miss the place I
wanted to hit) and end up having my X selection pasted within the
customize buffer (luckily, undo works). If the customize buffer were
read-only (save for the modifiable parts), it wouldn't happen.
