The two primary applications for JPEG in XEmacs right now are
displaying images from uncertain media (Usenet and the web).  To
assume that everything loaded via Usenet or off the wire is uncorrupt
is folly.

I've undefaulted the inline code again.  It still bombs in the case
where the JPEG library prints `Premature EOF'.  The code that loads it 
from a file will display an image, and the inline code doesn't display 
anything.  This is a very common problem from what I've seen.

Oh well, maybe someone will fix this up to actually work well.
