Bob's right -- the GNUstep project doesn't want people to use them and
we should honor that, so we can't really use them (which is probably
fine with most people here, esp given the 24-bit requirement).

However, it would be nice to have an optional set of colorized
icons...  

Hmm... something to look into next week (along with the packaging to
make them easily optional...).
