When I use C-x C-m to send mail there is one annoyance. I use
mailcrypt and tm. Mailcrypt takes over the button3 menu when sending
mail this way.

Interestingly, using 'm' in gnus to send mail doesn't suffer from this
lossage (I have mime-menu on button3). Ideally, mailcrypt should
append to the mail menu, not overide it.
